Our new Guide to Understanding Insomnia and Fatigue will help you understand how sleeping problems related to cancer and its treatments may impact your everyday life.

Written with guidance from a team of healthcare professionals and women like you, this 40-page guide is divided into six sections that guide you through causes of insomnia and fatigue and ways to get energized. This LBBC publication is free and available now.

The first section defines insomnia and fatigue and explains how to know if they are related to your treatment. In section two, learn about causes, and in section three get practical tips on improving your sleep and maintaining your energy. Section four suggests ways to talk with a healthcare professional about your sleep and when to use medicines. We offer advice about moving forward and where to get more information in sections five and six.

Throughout the guide, you will find lists of resources to help you learn more about ways to take control, including "10 Practical Ways to Save Energy," "10 Questions to Ask Your Healthcare Provider" and "10 Ways to Quiet the Mind and Prepare Yourself for Sleep."

We are very pleased to offer this guide free to you and your healthcare team. Order your copy today. Download a PDF or order copies for your office or clinic at our marketplace.

Many thanks to our funder for this guide, The Breast Cancer Fund of National Philanthropic Trust.
